We are less than 7 minutes drive to the world-famous Candolim beach and 5 min from Candolim with its plenty of must dine restaurants ie Bomras, Republic of noodles, Wok & Roll, Banyan Tree .. etc, shops, pubs ie La Brise, Cohiba ..etc and night clubs ie Sinq, LPK…etc .

Safe and secure guarded complex has 5 villas with individual parking and private swimming pools, 24 hours security and power back up. The entire property can accommodate groups as large as 60 guests!!

5000 square feet house made in Balinese style features 3 floors full of amenities and luxury comfort.

Ground floor offers a swimming pool, kitchen, living room, bedroom and servants room. 30 feet long pool offers Jacuzzi and automated cleaning system to guarantee a great time by the water any time of day or night.

Living room is air-conditioned and features a dining area for 8 guests, lounge with TV and music systems. The pool area and a small garden for sit-out can be accessed from the living room. Two sunbeds, large umbrella, and sitting arrangements with tables are made by the pool for the comfort of our guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, deep freezer, microwave with grill, gas stove, water purifier, cooking equipment and all necessary cutlery. Washing machine and iron are available in each villa.

One of the bedrooms located on the ground floor and gives comfort for groups with elder members/small children. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and second floors. Here you will find all the luxury amenities to provide comfortable sleep during your holidays. Each bedroom of the house is air-conditioned, equipped with flat-screen TV and Satellite channels. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with 24/7 hot and cold water in the shower and a balcony (except the bedroom on the ground floor ). The Master bedroom has a pool view and a huge dressing room. Top floor room has private but not attached bathroom.

Staff room is attached to each villa and will be a great help for guests who are traveling with domestic help.

Wi Fi is working in all rooms and free of charges. Power back up by generator will ensure that air conditioning and all amenities are available all the time.

We provide housekeeping from 10 am to 5 pm. Cook can be arranged at your call for additional charges.

Maximum occupancy of one luxury villa Goa is 12 guests. Complex has 5 villas next to each other. Along with neighboring 6 bedroom villa Mits we can accommodate a group up to 60 guests

ID
All guests or visitors have to provide ID and if the stay is more than 4 hours then charges of rupees 500 per person for facility utilization up to maximum villa occupancy (more to be approved in advance)

Security Deposit
A ​​security deposit of Rupees 20,000 is collected during check-in which is refunded during check-out

Confirmation Policy
To confirm your booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance

If cancellation is done 30 days prior to arrival, guests are subject to a full refund. (except long weekends and peak dates).

If cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to arrival, a credit note is provided in the case of resale at the same rate and if the rate is less, then the difference is deducted from the credit note.
